Who we are
KrossQ is a workforce intelligence platform operated by KrossQ ("KrossQ", "we"). Where a customer organisation uses KrossQ for its workforce, that organisation is typically the controller of its workforce data and KrossQ acts as processor under contract.
Data we collect on this website
Enquiry and demo-request information you submit (name, business email, company, country, workforce size, product interest and your message), contact-form messages, and basic technical data required to operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal data.
Workforce data in the platform
The platform processes workforce operational data on behalf of customers — attendance events, working hours, scheduling data, project allocation, and, where a customer enables it, location and identity-verification data. Collection is intended to be authorised, purpose-bound to workforce operations, and governed by customer-configured policies.
Governance and safeguards
Role-based access controls and administrator permissions govern visibility of workforce data. Retention is configurable by the customer organisation, including flexible retention options on Enterprise plans. Specific security certifications are communicated only after verification, through contractual documentation.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Individuals whose data is processed by a customer organisation should direct requests to that organisation; we support customers in responding.
